Coil Cleaning
•Fan coil filter replacement.
•Remove return air grille.
•Remove access panel.
•Remove inlet baffle to access all parts requiring service.
•Remove drain hose. Reconnect drain hose.
• Vacuum and snake the drain hose to allow free condensation flow.
• Check drain hose for kinks.
•Vacuum condensate drain pan.
•Check condensate drain pan for potential leaks.
•Vacuum fan motor and lubricate bearings, if necessary.
•Vacuum interior of fancoil.
•Spray interior of the fan coil unit to inhibit mold growth.
•Check fan coil unit parts thermostat, motorized valve, and fan motor.
•Check fan coil unit operation.
•Vacuum access baffle and reinstall the fan coil unit.
•Update service information sticker on baffle.
•Reinstall access panel with new filter.
•Vacuum return air grille.
•The unit premises to be left tidy and clean.
